The Horde was originally formed when the Orcs, led by Warchief Thrall, escaped the corruption of the Burning Legion and sought refuge on Azeroth. Over time, the Horde grew to include other races such as the Trolls and Tauren, all of whom found a place within the faction due to their shared experiences of hardship and oppression.

• Obverse: Along with the colorized inscription, "FOR THE HORDE," the obverse features the purity and weight with a proof-like finish. Repeating field patterning of the World of Warcraft logo and the Horde emblem completes the design.
• Reverse: Accented in vibrant coloring, the engraved & stylized Horde emblem and the Horde's battle cry "LOK 'TAR OGAR," which translates to "Victory or death" is featured in the center of the bar. Smaller Horde emblems appear as a field pattern on the bar.
