Where wetlands areas are permanent, the swans are thought to be sedentary. However, if the wetlands dry out, they are capable of taking flight in search of suitable habitat. As well as the inscription ‘2025 1oz 9999 AUSTRALIAN SILVER SWAN’, the reverse also incorporates a ‘P’ mintmark.
