The front reproduces a colorful “Buried Treasure” scratch ticket, complete with winning numbers, bonus areas, treasure-map graphics and the bold prize message “WIN UP TO $1,000,000!”. The playful design gives the piece the appearance of a real lottery ticket while transforming it into an unusual numismatic collectible.                                

The reverse features a contrasting silver-toned design filled with coins, banknotes and an open treasure chest. At the center appears the coat of arms of the Republic of Liberia, together with the inscriptions identifying the 2026 issue, 1 Dollar denomination, and 5 grams of .999 silver.                                                           

Produced as a thin silver foil note, this issue combines money, luck and treasure imagery in a distinctive modern format.
