2023 $1 Uncirculated Coin – Centenary of Legacy

The Coin Company is proud to present 2023 $1 Uncirculated Coin – Centenary of Legacy 1115 produced by The Royal Australian Mint.

Legacy is an iconic Australian charity dedicated to supporting the families of veterans’ who have given their life or health in operational service. Legacy supports the partners and children of veterans through assistance aimed at protecting individuals and families’ basic needs; advocating for their entitlements, rights and benefits; assisting families through bereavement; and helping people thrive despite grief, hardship and loss.

For 100 years, Legacy has been standing proudly as the only veteran service organisation in Australia dedicated solely to the care and support of our veterans’ families. 

Coin Highlights:

• Coin’s reverse features the Legacy torch logo, with open hands symbolising the compassionate support and care provided by Legacy to families of veterans’ over the past 100 years.

• Limited mintage of 30,000.

• Coin’s obverse features the effigy Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse designed by Jody Clark.
