The coin’s reverse portrays a coloured representation of a koala embracing a tree trunk with eucalyptus foliage. Included in the design is the inscription ‘KOALA’, and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, as well as the coin’s weight, purity and 2025 year-date.
