2024 Dragon and Phoenix 5oz Silver Antiqued Coloured Coin

The Coin Company is proud to present 2024 Dragon and Phoenix 5oz Silver Antiqued Coloured Coin produced by The Perth Mint.

The dragon and phoenix are often paired to represent the opposing yet complementary forces yin and yang. Said to make up all aspects and phenomena of life, their interaction is believed to maintain balance in the cosmos and everythin within it.

The coin’s reverse portrays coloured depictions of a dragon and phoenix circling a flame-fringed pearl, a symbol of wisdom. Other motifs within the design include stylised clouds, omens of peace and luck, and a peony, the flower of wealth and honour.

The obverse portrays the Jody Clark effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the coin’s weight, purity, monetary denomination, and 2024 year-date.
