We use Australia Post for the majority of our deliveries within Australia.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
We offer FREE EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders over AU$599.

The Coin Company pays extraordinary attention to the packaging of every order, using protective wrapping and / or protective fill, to ensure your order arrives safely and without damage.
RETURNS POLICY
1. How Do I return?
All products we offer are brand new and sourced either directly from the mint or from highly reputable distributors. We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee from time of receipt or exchange if your item is not as described on our website, provided they are in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
2. How will I be Refunded?
Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after you returned the items. If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used. If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
3. How can I send a return?
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
ORDER CANCELATION POLICY
If any order placed by Customer and accepted by The Coin Company is canceled, Customer must pay 10% of the cancelled order value to cover handling and processing costs and commitments incurred by The Coin Company from time of order placement until the date of written notice of cancellation.
